Am I restricted to where I can go on holiday?
No. Our cover is valid for any holiday destination in the world.
Where is the matter dealt with legally?
The claim must be capable of being brought before a Court of UK jurisdiction. If you booked your holiday in the UK or through a UK company then it will be.
How much does a claim end up costing me?
You are only required to pay an excess of £35 and there onwards you will not have to pay anything towards the legal costs. That is why you paid the small premium to take out this cover.
How much of any compensation award do I keep?
Absolutely everything. You receive the total compensation awarded to you. We are entitled only to any legal costs that a court might award.
How safe is this insurance cover?
Your policy is underwritten by Axa Insurance UK plc, the leading provider of travel insurance in the UK.
